We are currently closed for the season and shall be announcing the 2018 opening time in due course. Watch this space!
Flowering season is from mid June until the end of August. This is dependent on the weather, so make sure to stay updated with hitchinlavenderblog.com or our Facebook page to get full details on how the field is looking.
We are open between 10am and 5pm every day throughout the season and from mid June until the end of August. Last entry to the field is 4.30.
Our last late night evening is Tuesday 15th August, when we open until 9. Last entry into the field is 8.30, with last orders in the cafe at 8.00.
Dogs are welcome beside our barn shop where there is seating space and cover should it be needed there are also footpaths that run adjacent to the lavender field. Dogs aren't permitted into the lavender field or the cafe (except guide dogs).
We are north of Hitchin and are close to the A1M. We suggest if you haven't visited us before that you take Junction 10 and follow the signs on the A507 in the direction of Letchworth. On the second roundabout take a left hand turn. Continue until you see a sign pointing right off a double roundabout towards Ickleford and after a left hand turn towards the village we are just inside the Hertfordshire border on the left handside.
