Instructions:

Heat therapy

• Place your lavender bag ONLY for 90 seconds inside your microwave.
• Leave bag to cool down before reheating.
• Good for relaxing and relieving aches and pains.
• Not suitable for children

Cold therapy

• Place the bag in a suitable container and freeze for one hour.
• It helps reduce bruising and swelling.
• Good for easing migraines.
