Returns & Refunds
If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to issue a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Any returned items must be sent back with proof of purchase and in a saleable condition. We also request for any original packaging to be included where possible.
We’re sorry but we’re unable to offer a refund or credit for any opened or used items.
Please note that we’re not responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when arranging for a package to come back to us.
Please be aware that any tickets booked to visit us are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we have to close the farm due to extreme weather conditions.
